This document outlines the terms governing all users' use of the 3700 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3700 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 3700 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed your acceptance of the latest version. This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from participating in related activities.
3700 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be published on this page with a revised update date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the current version of the terms.
Account creation and security responsibilities
To access the full range of 3700 platform services, you are required to register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 3700 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access with or without your permission. 3700 will not be held liable for any losses arising from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Platform usage rules and user responsibilities
Users agree to use the 3700 platform for lawful purposes only, in accordance with the terms set out here. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Abusing the system with the intent to mislead, defraud, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing an account or transferring account balances to a third party without written authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
- Distributing offensive, obscene, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
3700 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, or referral to the relevant authorities.
Payments, deposits, and transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 3700 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking from major Malaysian banks. The full list of available payment methods can be viewed in the deposit section of your account after logging in.
Each deposit is subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. These limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. All deposits are final — no cancellations can be made once a transaction has been successfully processed, unless a technical error is confirmed by 3700.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the platform account. 3700 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days, depending on the method selected.
Any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment service provider are your responsibility. 3700 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Liability limits and disclaimers
The 3700 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we make no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to your specific needs at all times.
3700 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from: service disruptions due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances; game or betting outcomes based on information displayed on the platform; loss of access due to device failure or the user's internet connection; or any fraudulent actions carried out by third parties against a user's account that were not promptly reported.
3700's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account policy — suspension and closure
3700 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. A suspended account means platform access is temporarily blocked while an investigation is in progress.
In confirmed account closure cases arising from a terms violation, any remaining balance may be held until the investigation concludes. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned to the user via the same payment method used for the original deposit. However, where closure results from confirmed fraud or illegal activity, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 3700 support team. Such requests will be processed within seven (7) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned once all verification requirements have been met.
Intellectual property, third-party links, and applicable law
All content on the 3700 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 3700 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 3700 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Any interaction you have with third parties is entirely at your own risk.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 3700 platform will be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
